Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Laddu Gopal seva articles. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return window. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Condition. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with its original packaging. Please keep the tags and box until you are sure you are keeping the piece.

Handcrafted pieces. Every piece is finished by hand, so small variations in colour, shade and finish are natural and are part of how it is made. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Damaged, defective or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.

Change of mind. If you simply change your mind, you may return the piece within the 7 day window in its original condition. Return shipping for a change of mind is borne by the customer.

How to start a return. Write to us at namaste.devadhi@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. We will guide you through the next steps and, where possible, arrange a pickup.

Refunds. Once we receive the item and check its condition, we process the refund within 5 to 7 business days. As orders are placed with Cash on Delivery, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to the account you provide.

Non-returnable. Made to order or customised pieces, and items damaged through use or mishandling after delivery, cannot be returned.

Cancellations. You may cancel before your order is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order is handed to the courier, it follows the return process above.
